Call for papers – MITIP 2009

mitip-2009The factory of the future is calling for a shift in strategic vision.  Already, many operations are evolving towards collaborative, value-adding networks, where complex service-oriented relationships are created and managed. Where do we go from here and what does the future hold? If you know (or want to know), then you should participate to the 11th International Conference on the Modern Information Technology in the Innovation Processes of the Industrial Enterprises (MITIP2009) to be held on October 15-16, 2009 in Bergamo, Italy.

Call for papers

Your contribution, presenting original work, is expected in the form of abstract by the deadline of 15th April 2009, while the due date for the final paper is 15th July, 2009.

Relevant topics include the following:



  • Design and optimization of production systems
  • Management and optimization of supply chain networks
  • Maintenance and Asset Lifecycle Management
  • Product and Service Life Cycle Management
  • Intelligent Transport Systems and Mobility
  • Supply Chain Risk Management
  • Information Technology for Enterprise 2.0
  • Information Exchange and RFID applications
  • Process Modeling and Simulation

Papers will be reviewed and published in the official Conference Proceedings with registered ISBN.

Best papers will be considered for publication in International Scientific Journals as well.
